Guyana wants alcohol limit laws

Heavy drinking in the Caribbean is all too common. People may drink from morning to night, some with no consequence for behavior. In Guyana there is no breathalyzer law because there is no consensus about what the legal limit for alcohol should be. So right now if a Guyanese drunk driver kills someone, the fact that he's drunk won't factor in.

HRH Prince Edward worried about Caymans' young drivers

His Royal Highness (HRH) Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex, is deeply concerned about young drivers in the Cayman Islands. Since the new year began there have been numerous injuries and three deaths of young people attributed to automobiles. He'd like to see smaller, more environmentally friendly cars, that are befitting the size of the islands.

A spectacular fire in a warehouse/store caught fire. Fortunately no one was hurt in the blaze but the building was completely destroyed. This warehouse held most school supplies.
