With the Lunar New Year, Tet, right around the corner it's a time of great celebration. So you'd think that the cuisine of choice throughout Vietnam would be Vietnamese. Not so at the Tao-Li restaurant in the Nikko Hotel. Tao-Li's chef, Qiang Feng, is from Shanghai and February 10-25 will serve the best of Shanghai cuisine in honor of the Chinese Lunar New Year instead.
