The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission took live television show ‘Sensasi’ off the air after controversial comments were made during the show. One of the performers on the show made comments derogatory to Prophet Muhammad’s wife. The comments started a huge controversy and viewers sent in letters.

Now that the Carnival has ended the vendors are bringing their woes to the press. With the President and Vice-President out of the country during carnival the promises of moving the party to Transistmica was broken. This meant vendors were in the same, if not worse, position as previous years.
