Vietnam's to go hi-tech with forecastingTopics: • technology •
Bui Van Duc, director of the National Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Centre, said that Vietnam will try to attract weather experts into working with the government as well as offering international training to forecasters in an attempt to improve disaster preparedness.
